I sent it back and ordered a second copy and it was the same problem. Not sure if the publisher is aware of this issue.. Compilation of All Good EMS Teaching Knowledge Great book - lots of good information. Well written. Make sure you get the second edition, it is updated with a little higher quality printing.. The rock. A must have resource for new and experienced EMS educators. This does provide the reader with a foundation to build upon no doubt. My first go to book when working on professional development programs for educators.
