I use this guide in place of the OEM manual Alper Gunduz ACT! is the most robust CRM on the market today, and this manual was written as most the bugs were worked out. I still use this manual with the current version (ACT! 2013), and I still feel it's relevant.I bought this manual in 2009 when my company lost the OEM manual for ACT! I thought this explained the CRM much better to the point that I became the ACT! expert at my job. The manual is written very generically/glo. Sue said ACT! "ACT! 2006 for Dummies" according to Sue.
