N. S. said Very enjoyable read. Beautiful Tales of the All-Attractive volume 1 is Vraj Kishore/Vic Dicara's prose translation/commentary of the 1st canto of Srimad Bhagavatam. Sanskrit literature is by nature generally very terse. Vraj expands on the terseness while maintaining his finger on the pulse of the original. He is able to slow down or speed up the text as necessary through small statements that almost seem like they should be part of the original Bhagavatam. His footnotes are thorough enough to not b.
