"Full of information for painting in pastels" according to Sandy Askey-Adams. I will not keep a book if I find that it is not helpful. Every book out there on the market has something to offer. Some more so than others, but it is also the Way it is presented. There is a reason for each book and some can offer very good reasons to be out there.This book has tons of information with photographs. It has an escellent look into the basics while giving you some demos to help you understand those basics. As with most if not all professional painters, they all have their equipment that they love and use, but you have to decide what works right for you.
