PRAISE FOR WOMAN OF GOD:"A high-concept pitch, a potboiler on the page, and a protagonist to cheer for"Kirkus
A tremendous read Woman of God is a novel by James Patterson and Maxine Paetro. This is definitely not a typical James Patterson book, although there are parts that let you know it is his writing. This one deals with one’s faith and faith in the Catholic Church. In this time of change, the Church is having to change in order to accommodate the changing beliefs of the people. Lightening up on some of the r. Blatantly absurd Ed I usually like James Patterson's books, great for light reading, escapism. The premise in this book is so totally unbelievable and superficial, it's an insult to loyal readers. The role of women in the church is one that could have legitimately been plumbed for depth and meaning. Instead we get a one dimensional superhero who, for most of the book, I wanted to smack. The characterization and c. "Amazing" according to Sandra K. Haas. I could not put down this amazing book. James Patterson has out done himself. You will fall in love with BridgidI could not put down this book. You will find yourself immersed in this courageous woman's life. One drama after another as she is guided by God and relies on His strength. Thank you James Patterson for the best one yet
