Todd Reighter said Tech Edit Needed. Great resource with excellent questions but needs tech edit due to watch out on the rational verses the answer, they don't always match. This books is very friendly in the way it is setup. Many of the rationals are only repeating the question back, this is not rational in my book. The CD is awesome for PC users but not great for PDA, it states it supports both Palm a. Good start AttyRN I recently passed the NCLEX and I highly recommended this book to my friends who are about to take the exam. I read the NCLEX reviewers by the NSNA, QUE/Rinehart, Saunders (Comprehensive) and Mosby (Comprehensive); in my opinion, Gauwitz comes closest to simulating the real exam.
