DESCRIPTION:
The new edition is far superior. I reviewed an early of this book and wrote "This book is very limited, so limited Note it is not bad, just very, very limited, hence not very useful." Since I did not read the whole thing I cannot comment further other than state my earlier comment should be disregarded.
